TABLE SPONSORS
We have three table sponsorship packages available.
PLATINUM TABLE SPONSOR
Sponsorship includes: reserved table for 8 guests. Company sponsorships include the company’s logo on the official event program, company’s logo & link to your company’s website posted on the official event website and your company’s logo included on all printed event materials (excluding the photo backdrop and event favors). Individual or family sponsorships will include acknowledgement of the individual or family on the official event website and all printed event materials. Platinum Table Sponsorships include table favors for all 8 guests. As a Platinum Table Sponsor, a donation will be made to the Veronica Blount Memorial Foundation in the company, individual or family’s name. Under the IRS guidelines, only amounts in excess of the value of benefits received are tax deductible. The tax deductible amount for Early Bird Platinum Table Sponsorships is $275 and $500 for full price Platinum Table Sponsorships.
GOLD TABLE SPONSOR
Sponsorship includes: reserved table for 8 guests. Company sponsorships include the company’s logo on the official event program, company’s logo & link to your company’s website posted on the official event website and your company’s logo included on all printed event materials (excluding the photo backdrop and event favors). Individual or family sponsorships will include acknowledgement of the individual or family on the official event website and all printed event materials. Gold Table Sponsorships include table favors for all 8 guests. As a Gold Table Sponsor, a donation will be made to the Veronica Blount Memorial Foundation in the company, individual or family’s name. Under the IRS guidelines, only amounts in excess of the value of benefits received are tax deductible. The tax deductible amount for Early Bird Gold Table Sponsorships is $225 and $450 for full price Gold Table Sponsorships.
SILVER TABLE SPONSOR
Sponsorship includes: reserved table for 8 guests. Company sponsorships include the company’s logo on the official event program. Individual or family sponsorships will include acknowledgement of the individual or family on all printed event materials (excluding the photo backdrop and event favors). Silver Table Sponsorships include table favors for all 8 guests. As a Silver Table Sponsor, a donation will be made to the Veronica Blount Memorial Foundation in the company, individual or family’s name. Under the IRS guidelines, only amounts in excess of the value of benefits received are tax deductible. The tax deductible amount for Early Bird Silver Table Sponsorships is $200 and $400 for full price Platinum Table Sponsorships.

MEDIA SPONSORS
As a Gold Media Sponsor, your business logo will be printed on most printed materials including the main photo backdrop / step & repeat where guests will pose for event photos. Your business logo will be displayed on the official event website along with a link to your website.
As a Platinum Media Sponsor, you receive all of the benefits under the Gold Media Sponsorship plus prominent placement on printed materials. Platinum Media Sponsorships also allowed to submit a 60 sec video advertisement to be shown at the event. Platinum Sponsors may also submit the following to be distributed to guests (business cards, postcards not to exceed 4"x6", promotional items such as pens, magnets, mugs, etc.) All promotional materials must be approved by the RSL Committee. Submit a minimum of 150 of each item and a maximum of 250 of each item. Platinum Sponsors are allowed to submit a maximum of 3 items per guest. You will receive more details on Platinum Media Sponsorship via email. The information will include what's allowed and include the shipping details for you to ship your items. Sponsors are responsible for all costs associated with submitting promotional materials (should they desire to do so).
Media Sponsorship packages are the only packages that provides this level of exposure. All media sponsorships are subject to approval. If your brand / business is not approved by the RSL Committee, a full refund will be issued within 72 hours of purchase. Media sponsorships do not include tickets to attend the event.
