We are looking for volunteers 18 years of age and older to help with set-up the day prior to the event and then set-up, event management and tear-down the day of the event. Total committment the day before the event is 2 -4 hours and total committment the day of the event is 6 hours (10am-4pm). Meals will be provided for volunteers on the day of the event. If you are familiar with the event then you know the raffle is often the highlight! Our regular attendees have come to expect awesome raffle prizes at affordable prices. The raffle serves just as much as entertainment as it does a fundraiser. If you have an item(s) or service you would like to donate to the raffle, please email [email protected] for consideration. Due to the nature of the event we do not accept certain items including, but not limited to lude, pornographic, suggestive behavior, religious, political or edible. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any raffle item donated; in this event, we will return the item to its righful owner. Raffle item donors are acknowledged verbally at the event and within the print materials pertaining to the raffle including the event program.
Raffling of services is only acceptable by reputable, licensed and or registered vendors. Services are not for home-based businesses that will require the winner to come to your home or other non-business location. A representative of said company must be present at the time the winner is announced to address any questions about the service and to make sure the winner has all of the necessary information needed to redeem their prize. Winners should be allotted a minimum of six months to redeem their prize without risk of expiration during that time period. Themed Events, The Red Shoe Lunch and its affiliates will assume no responsibility for raffle items or services. All parties shall enter into the raffle at their own risk.
